I currently offer doula services to families in San Francisco

Birth Doula Package

• 2 prenatal visits The first visit is a discussion of your priorities and hopes for the birthing process.  At this time we will document your birth preferences.   The second visit is to go over the plan for contacting me when labor starts, pain-coping practices, massage techniques and birthing positions, the normal physiology of labor. and preparing the mind and body for birth and postpartum
• Phone and email contact throughout your pregnancy
• Continuous labor support starting when you need it, either at home or at the hospital, until 2 hours after delivery
• Postpartum home visit anytime between one and six weeks after delivery (at your comfort) to process the birth together and answer questions you may have about your birth,  healing, newborn care, and breastfeeding

I provide a free, in-person consultation to find out if working together feels like a good fit. This meeting provides both an opportunity to meet one another as well as a chance for you to learn my doula style and ask any questions you may have.
