My Doula Philosophy
There are as many ways to give birth as there are women in the world, and each birth brings along a unique set of hopes and expectations. I believe wholeheartedly that every birth can be empowering and positive. Labor and delivery is a very vulnerable experience, and as a doula I will help you feel safe and in control. I will hold space for you that is full of trust, warmth, and reassurance while treating you with kindness, respect and dignity. I strive to offer non-judgmental care; I do not have my own agenda – my only goal is to nurture, empower, and support you during this profound, life-changing process.
